We’re looking for a skilled and motivated lead hand to join our team. The right candidate will have strong experience in landscaping and artificial grass installation, with the ability to manage a crew and bring their own knowledge to improve our installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial job sites
• Oversee the full installation process of artificial turf with attention to detail and quality
• Bring your own expertise to enhance and streamline current methods
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with team members and management

Requirements:

• Solid experience in artificial landscaping and synthetic grass installation
• Be able to communicate with staff, managers and clients easily
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Steal toe boots required
• PPE required (we provide a hi-vis vest)
• Safety tickets (first aid & skid steer) are a plus
